IDF soldiers opened fire overnight Sunday at a Palestinian Arab vehicle that approached them in a suspicious manner during operational activity in Ramallah.Two suspects who were traveling in the vehicle were hit. There were no injuries among the soldiers.

Earlier this morning, an emotionally disturbed man in his forties stabbed a passer-by and was neutralized by an IDF soldier who happened to be at the scene and believed he was witnessing a terrorist attack.The man has since succumbed to his injuries.The incident has now been confirmed as not terrorism-related and is under investigation.
